Snowed

We got our first snow today! It looks a little odd with our brightly colored fall trees, but it’s beautiful nonetheless. I am unfortunately sick today, and I’m afraid Eli has it too judging by the endless runny nose, so we were stuck indoors. It also doesn't help that we have yet to get snow tires on our car, and it's against the law not to have them after November 1. So, to be safe, I think we'll just pretend to be snowed in. I also think the boy in Eli was coming out, and he was longing to go romping through that white stuff out there.

But we tried to have a good time inside where it was warm.

We spent a good majority of the day trying to switch out our seasonal clothes. I think it’s time to put away my flip-flops and tank tops judging by the frozen precipitation we’ve had all day long! The great thing about this chore was it proved to be great fun for the little one.

I mean, who doesn’t love rolling around in clothes?

I’m watching you…

I think Jeremy was a little perturbed by the fact it was flowery blouses that his son was having so much fun with, but he got over it! :o)

Speaking of Daddy, since he’s been having a more “normal” workload, and he is home more often, Eli has been eating him up. Don’t get me wrong, I can get laughs out of him, but no one can like Daddy. So, since both Eli and I feel cruddy today, I thought I would make a little video of special times with Daddy over the past couple of weeks to make us happy. Enjoy!
