5 Years of Awesomeness

Well, nothing much has been happening in Wilson land lately.  Jeremy is working a LOT, so we can leave a week early to come to the States at the end of June.  We’re not really getting to see each other very much, and I hate that!  I guess I’m glad my little munchkin looks so much like his daddy…it’s like a little version of him is cooing at me all day long!  

This past Friday was our 5^th anniversary…can you believe it?  Not many people can say they are happily married to their high school sweetheart, but I definitely can.  Here we are at our high school graduation:

We’ve been together a total of 9 years…a lot happens in 9 years!  It’s hard to believe that when we started dating, Jeremy’s brother, Jacob, was in middle school.  Now, he’s getting married this summer!  We were just babies then...I think we are aging nicely though, don’t you?

Since we couldn’t spend our anniversary together (sad, I know), Jeremy left me a scavenger hunt around the house to find my gift.  It was a blast…and the gift was SO perfect.  Unfortunately, he’s going to have to wait till we get to America to get his, but I think it’s worth it.  I’ll share his gift to me on my Wiener Wednesday blog…it inspired me!  :o)

 I desperately want to get out in the sun.  I love laying out and soaking up rays, but it’s a little bit harder with the mister Eli.  Anybody have any suggestions?  I have a little kiddie pool, but it hasn’t been quite warm enough yet.  Eli is lighter than I am, which is just sad.  He’ll need LOTS of sun block when this cool dude finally soaks up some vitamin D!

 I haven’t posted a video of Eli in a while, so here is the cutie laughing it up.  I may have found his tickle spot.  I love it!
